What is happening?

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING)
ORDER 2025
The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead has made an Order, the effect of which will be to:
Prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along this part of A308 Windsor Road, Maidenhead between its junctions with Bray Court and B3028 Upper Bray Road and this part of Holyport Road, Maidenhead from its junction with A308 Windsor Road to its junction with Earlsfield.
The diversion route will be via A308 Windsor Road, A308 Braywick Road, A308 King Street, A308 Grenfell Road, A308 Grenfell Place, A308 Frascatti Way, A4 Bad Godesberg Way, A4 St Clouds Way, A4 Bridge Road,A4 Bath Road, A355 Tuns Lane, A355 Royal Windsor Way, A332 Royal Windsor Way, A332 off slip, A308 Maidenhead Road and A308 Windsor Road.
The purpose of the Order is to facilitate new roundabout resurfacing works and as a result there is the likelihood of danger to the public.
The Order will be in operation each night between 21.00 hours and 06:00 hours from Monday 14 July until Thursday 17 July 2025. There will be a prohibition of driving when signs as prescribed by the Traffic Sign Regulations and General Directions 2016 are in place to indicate the said restriction.
