Edinburgh: Rosebery Crescent - Temporary Road Restriction and Traffic Regulation

(TEMPORARY ROAD RESTRICTION AND TRAFFIC REGULATION)
ORDER 2025 – TEMP/25/99

The Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be that for a temporary period, to facilitate a safe working area for Scottish Water sewer repairs, no person shall: (a) drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle on any part of Rosebery Cres, from the extended north kerbline of Rosebery Cres La, northwards to the south-east extended kerbline of Grosvenor Gdns; & (b) except with the permission of a Parking Attendant, cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load onto or unload from any vehicle at any time on any part of Rosebery Cres, both sides, from the extended north kerbline of Haymarket Ter, northwards to the extended south-east kerbline of Lansdowne Cres. Existing parking restrictions will be suspended on the affected section of road described in (b). The one-way on Rosebery Cres will be suspended to facilitate local access. The alternative route for through vehicular traffic in relation to the road closure of Rosebery Cres is Rosebery Cres, Haymarket Ter, Magdala Cres, Eglinton Cres, Palmerston Pl, Lansdowne Crest & Rosebery Cres.

The Order shall have effect from 16/07/2025 to 01/10/2025.
