SHEFFIELD CITY COUNCIL (DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT)
MODIFICATION ORDER (No. 86) 2025

The above Order made on 10 July 2025, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by adding to them the bridleway commencing at Pea Royd Lane/Don Hill Height (the point marked A on the Order Map, OS grid reference 427387:399042), and proceeding in a east-south-eastwards direction (north of Well House) first to Old Park House and then to Low Lathe (the point marked B on the Order Map, grid ref: 428778:398700) then continuing in the same direction eastwards to join Wortley Road, close to Low Lathe Lane (the point marked C on the Order Map, grid ref: 429201:398608) the number of this bridleway to be known as STO/6.

A copy of the Order and the Order Map may be seen free of charge at Moorfoot Building, Sheffield, S1 4PL from 8.45 a.m. to 4.45 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays. Copies of the Order and Map may be obtained there. The documents can also be viewed on the Council’s website:

Any representation or objection relating to the Order must be sent in writing to Legal Services, Sheffield City Council, Town Hall, Sheffield, S1 2HH and quoting the above reference, not later than 28 August 2025 and applicants are requested to state the grounds on which it is made.

If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Sheffield City Council, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State may itself confirm the Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
