Broadholme Lane - Temporary Road Closure
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
BROADHOLME LANE, BELPER
WHEN: 14 July to 18 July 2025
WHERE: Broadholme Lane, Belper between its jct. with Matlock Road and the entrance to Broadholme Caravan Park.
REASON: To facilitate the installation of a new gas supply.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Matlock Road, Cemetery Road, Swinney Lane, Penn Street, Chesterfield Road, Crich Lane and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
