(A59 LIVERPOOL ROAD, A59 LONGTON BYPASS, LIVERPOOL ROAD HUTTON, SOUTH RIBBLE BOROUGH)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
(TEMPORARY AMENDMENT) ORDER 2025

The Lancashire County Council (“the County Council”) in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, (the Act), and of all other enabling powers, HEREBY makes the following Order:-
The Lancashire County Council (A59 LIVERPOOL ROAD, A59 LONGTON BYPASS, LIVERPOOL ROAD HUTTON, SOUTH RIBBLE BOROUGH) (Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic) Order 2025, is hereby temporarily Amended in that:
i. To amend Article 1 as follows:
i. A59 Liverpool Road, Hutton from its junction with A59 Longton Bypass for a distance of 20 metres in a north easterly direction.
ii. A59 Longton Bypass, Hutton from its junction with A59 Liverpool Road for a distance of 20 metres in a southerly direction.
iii. Liverpool Road, Hutton from its junction with A59 Liverpool Road for a distance of 20 metres in a westerly direction.
iv. Lindle Lane, Hutton from its junction with A59 Liverpool Road to its junction with Blackhurst Avenue.
This Temporary Amendment Order shall come into operation on 10th June 2025 and may be cited as “The Lancashire County Council (A59 LIVERPOOL ROAD, A59 LONGTON BYPASS, LIVERPOOL ROAD HUTTON, LINDLE LANE HUTTON, SOUTH RIBBLE BOROUGH) (Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic) Order 2025 (Temporary Amendment) Order 2025”
