Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych wedi gwneud Gorchymyn, sy’n gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag teithio ar hyd y rhan honno o Nant Glyd Llandyrnog yn Sir Ddinbych sy’n ymestyn tua’r de o bwynt 75 i’r de o’i chyffordd â ffordd y’i gelwir yn gyffordd yr Hen Ysgol i groesffordd Groes Efa am bellter o tua 55 metr.

Mae angen cau’r ffordd er mwyn caniatáu i OCU Group ymgymryd â gwaith trydanol ar ran Scottish Power. Bydd y ffordd ar agor i gerddwyr drwy gydol y cyfnod cau.

Nid oes llwybr arall ar gael.

Bydd y Gorchymyn mewn grym o 14 Gorffennaf 2025 am gyfnod o ddeunaw mis neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau, pa un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Disgwylir i’r gwaith bara tan tua 21 Gorffennaf 2025.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER

DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

NANTGLYD, LLANDYRNOG

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)

Denbighshire County Council has made an Order prohibiting vehicles using that length of Nant Glyd Llandyrnog in the County of Denbigh which extends southwards from a point 75 metres south of its junction with the road known as Old School junction to Groes Efa crossroads for a distance of approximately 55 metres.

The closure is necessary to facilitate electrical works OCU Group on behalf of Scottish Power. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.

There is no alternative route available.

The Order is effective from 14th July 2025 for an eighteen-month period or the earlier completion of the works whichever is soonest. The works are expected to last approximately until 21st July 2025.
