An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the grant of a new Premises Licence by Ramesh Mahendran in respect of: Unit 1, Rbs House 127 Commercial Road Swindon SN1 5PL. The application seeks the following licensable activities and times: Supply of alcohol (off sale): Monday – Sunday: 06:00–22:00. The full application may be inspected at the Swindon Borough Council Civic Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon SN1 2JH between the hours of 09:00 hours and 16:30 hours, Monday to Friday. Responsible Authorities, and/or other persons (e.g. people/business living or working within the vicinity) can make representations at any time between 1st July 2025 and 28th July 2025. All representations must be made in writing (including email or fax), to the Licensing Authority, at the above address or by email to licensing@swindon.gov.uk. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
