(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 7th July 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Par. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 23rd July 2025 to 24th July 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1600, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Bodelva Road To Trenowah Road, Par from junction with Bodelva Road to grid reference SX 05466:54477.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th August 2025 to 8th August 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Crinnicks Hill, Bodmin from junction with Northey Road to Prospect Terrace.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 7th July 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Newquay. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 24th July 2025 to 25th July 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Quintrell Road To Junction North Of Manuels Farm, Newquay from Nansledan School for approximately 250 metres southwards towards Chapel Cottages.

This prohibition is necessary for installation of statutory fibre network and it is expected that the closure will be from 21st July 2025 to 30th July 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Tremains Wood To Rock Mill, St Blazey from junction with Road From Junction North Of Prideux To Junction South Of Wheal Par to junction with Access To Rock Mill.
