ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(SANDY LANE, HAMBLETON, WYRE BOROUGH) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 30 June 2025 Lancashire County Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:
a) Sandy Lane, Hambleton, the north east side, from its junction with the centreline of Pauls Lane to its junction with the centreline of Stoney Lane;
b) Sandy Lane, Hambleton, the south west side, from its junction with the projected centreline of Pauls Lane for a distance of 36.5 metres in a north westerly then south westerly direction.
This Order will come into force on the 11 July 2025. A copy of the Order, and all other relevant documents may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Wyre Borough Council, Civic Centre, Breck Road, Poulton-le-Fylde, FY6 7PU, and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, PO Box 100, Preston PR1 0LD, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
quoting ref: LSG4/894. 19893/AFR. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
