What is happening?

THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (SOOKHOLME LANE AND THE HAWTHORNS, MARKET WARSOP) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2025 (2258A)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council Has Made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be, in respects of roads at Market Warsop in the District of Mansfield: -
Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time along the following lengths of road:

SOOKHOLME LANE (MARKET WARSOP) (the north side)
 From a point 10 metres west of its junction with The Hawthorns in an easterly direction to a point 10 metres east of that junction.
THE HAWTHORNS (MARKET WARSOP) (both sides)
 From its junction with Sookholme Lane in a northerly direction for 10 metres.

THIS ORDER WILL COME INTO FORCE ON 10TH JULY 2025.

The restrictions have been introduced to help ensure that the junctions and turning heads are not obstructed by parked vehicles.
