PROPOSALS

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council has made the above Order on 26 June 2025. The Order comes into operation on 15 August 2025 as detailed below.

From 4 July 2025 a copy of this Notice, copy of the Order, the reasons for the proposals and the Order being amended, may be inspected online at: haveyoursay.bcpcouncil.gov.uk/hub-page/highway-consultations (search ref P111) and at the Customer Contact Centre, BCP Council, St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA (by appointment only Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm, contact: traffic@bcpcouncil.gov.uk).

REPRESENTATIONS

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, as amended, or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, you may make an application to the High Court within six weeks from 26 June 2025, to the High Court for this purpose.

The traffic restrictions advertised and consulted on in the proposals Reference P111 from 24 January 2025 to 14 February 2025 are due to be implemented on Holdenhurst Avenue.
