RHODDIR HYSBYSIAD DRWY HYN fod y Cyngor fel yr Awdurdod Prifyrdd ar gyfer Maesteg wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Adran 14(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Trafg Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), heb fod yn llai na 7 diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, yn bwriadu creu Gorchymyn a fydd yn cyfwyno’r cyfyngiad a nodir yn yr atodlen isod. Mae’r Gorchymyn yn angenrheidiol er mwyn caniatáu i sgafaldiau gael eu codi er mwyn galluogi gwaith hanfodol ar adeilad ger Lôn Llynf, gyda sgafaldiau yn angenrheidiol er mwyn darparu diogelwch ac amddifyniad i’r contractwyr a’r cyhoedd pan fydd y gwaith yn mynd yn ei faen. Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 28/07/2025 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am uchafswm o 18 mis neu nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau, p’un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Rhagwelir y bydd y gwaith arfaethedig yn cael ei wneud o 08:00am ar 28/07/2025 tan 08:00am ar 20/10/2025, neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau, hyd at uchafswm o 18 mis. Atodlen - Ni chaif neb beri i unrhyw gerbyd fynd ar hyd 50 metr o Lôn Llynf o’i chyfordd, gyda Stryd Talbot ar gau i drafg cerbydol. Bydd y gorchymyn unfordd ar hyd Lôn Llynf o’r gyfordd â Stryd yr Eglwys i’r gyfordd â Stryd Talbot hefyd yn cael ei atal dros dro. Y llwybr amgen ar gyfer cerbydau yw trwy Stryd Talbot, Stryd yr Eglwys, Lôn Llynf. Bydd mynediad yn cael ei gynnal drwy’r safe ar gyfer y gwasanaethau brys a bydd mynediad i gerddwyr yn cael ei chynnal i lwybrau troed presennol tra bod y sgafaldiau’n cael eu codi. Fodd bynnag, bydd y cyfyngiadau’n berthnasol dim ond ar adegau ac i’r graddau a ddangosir o bryd i’w gilydd ar arwyddion trafg a osodir gan Reoliadau a Chyfarwyddiadau Cyfredinol Arwyddion Trafg 2016.

BRIDGEND COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL (LLYNFI LANE, MAESTEG) TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council as the Highway Authority for Maesteg in exercise of its powers under Secton 14(1) of the Road Trafc Regulaton Act 1984 (as amended) intends in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notce to make an Order which will temporarily introduce the restricton set out in the schedule below. The Order is necessary to allow scafolding to be erected to enable essental works to be carried out to a building adjacent to Llynf Lane with scafolding being required to provide safety and protecton for the contractors and the public when the works are being carried out. The Order will come into force on the 28/07/2025 and will contnue in force for a maximum period of 18 months or untl such tme as the works are completed, whichever is the sooner. It is antcipated the planned works will be undertaken from 08:00am on 28/07/2025 untl 08:00am on 20/10/2025, or untl such tme the works are completed up to a maximum of 18 months. Schedule - No person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along 50 meters of Llynf Lane from its juncton, with Talbot Street to be closed to vehicular trafc. There will also be a suspension of the one-way order along Llynf Lane from its juncton with Church Street, to the juncton with Talbot Street. The alternatve route for vehicles is via Talbot Street, Church Street, Llynf Lane. Access will be maintained through the site for Emergency services and Pedestrian access will be maintained to existng footpaths while scafolding is erected. The restrictons shall however only apply at such tme and to such extent as shall from tme to tme be indicated by trafc signs prescribed by The Trafc Signs Regulatons and General Directons 2016.
