THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (CLAREMONT STREET/OXFORD PLACE)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING, WAITING, LOADING & UNLLOADING) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), intend to make an Order the effect of which is:
1. To prohibit the driving of vehicles in:
Claremont street - between Eton Lane and Oxford Place
Oxford Place - between Claremont Street and Western Approach
2. To prohibit the parking, waiting, loading & unloading of vehicles in:
Oxford Place - between Claremont Street and Western Approach
The prohibition of driving, parking, waiting, loading & unloading will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffic signs are displayed. The Order shall come into force on 4th August 2025 and shall continue in force for a maximum of 18 months
It is anticipated that the gas mains works will commence on the 4th August 2025 until 31st August 2025 24hrs
