(VARIOUS ROADS) (CONSOLIDATION OF WAITING RESTRICTIONS,
ON STREET PARKING PLACES, RESIDENTS’ PARKING PLACES
AND TAXI STANDS) (AMENDMENT NO 3) ORDER 2024
(“AMENDMENT NO 3 ORDER”)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Blackpool Borough Council has on 1st July 2025 made the Order under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 32,46, 46A, 47, 49 , 53 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act of 1984 and under the Traffic Management Act 2004 and the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Borough of Blackpool) Order 2003 (Statutory Instrument No 2677) and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to introduce the following restrictions as specified below: RESTRICTIONS TO BE INTRODUCED
1. No waiting at any time on sections of Arkholme Avenue, Annesley Avenue, Ansdell Road, Bangor Avenue, Belvere Avenue, Carlin Gate, Catterall Close, Common Edge Road, Coopers Way, Cunliffe Road, Delphene Avenue, Denstone Avenue, Elmbank Avenue, Faringdon Avenue, Ferguson Road, Florence Street, Granby Avenue, Gretna Crescent, Guildford Avenue, Hampshire Place, Ivy Avenue, Kenwyn Avenue, Kirkstone Drive, Knowsley Avenue, Lennox Gate, Lindale Gardens, Malham Avenue, Mardsen Road, Midgeland Road, Molynex Drive, Myerscough Avenue, Norbreck Road, Pendle Close, Plumpton Avenue, Selby Avenue, St Anne’s Road, St Vincent Avenue, Warbreck Drive, Westfield Avenue, Wolverton Avenue The Order will come into force on 15 July 2025.

Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Act of 1984 or that any relevant requirements thereof or any relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
