THE HILLINGDON (ON STREET PARKING PLACES) (HAYES PARKING MANAGEMENT SCHEME) HY ZONES (AMENDMENT NO. 3) ORDER 2025
Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 27th June 2025 it made the above Orders to remove the following sections of permit holder parking places to facilitate the installation of new vehicle crossings:
i) Remove a section of Zone NWH parking place outside No. 64 Briarwood Drive, Northwood Hills and replace with ‘Monday to Friday 1pm to 2pm’ waiting restrictions.
ii) Remove the entire Zone SR parking place outside No. 61 Wingfield Way, Ruislip and replace with ‘Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm’ waiting restrictions.
iii) Remove a section of Zone U6 parking place outside No. 21 Fray’s Waye, Uxbridge and replace with ‘Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm’ waiting restrictions.
iv) Remove a section of Zone IC parking place outside No. 30 Edinburgh Drive, Ickenham and replace with ‘Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm’ waiting restrictions.
v) Remove a section of Zone HY9 parking place outside No. 72 Minet Drive, Hayes and replace with ‘8am to 10pm’ waiting restrictions.
vi) Remove a section of Zone IC2 parking place outside No. 51 Burnham Avenue, Ickenham and replace with ‘Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm’ waiting restrictions.
vii) Remove the entire Zone U5 parking place outside No. 7 Nursery Waye, Uxbridge and replace with ‘Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm’ waiting restrictions.
Copies of the Orders which will come into operation on 7th July 2025 can be seen by appointment at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Copies of the Orders can be obtained from the Transport & Projects team, by email parkingmanagementschemes@hillingdon.gov.uk. If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which these Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
