(ONE WAY AND NO ENTRY)
ORDER 2025
The Council on 27/6/2025 made an Order under Sections 1,2 and 4 IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 “the Act”), as amended, the effect of which comes into operation on 11/7/2025 which will bring into force One Way and No Entry restrictions on Ash Crescent, Seaham as follows One Way:- Ash Crescent from a point 14 metres in a north-easterly direction from its junction with Parkside Crescent for a total distance of 489 metres in a southerly direction to a point 51 metres from its junction with Parkside Crescent. No entry:- Ash Crescent from a point 51 metres in a southerly direction from its junction with Parkside Crescent for a total distance of 489 metres in a north-easterly direction to a point 14 metres from its junction with Parkside Crescent. A copy of the Order and supporting documents can be seen via the Council website, and at Seaham Library during normal opening hours. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by “the Act”, as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks from 27/5/2025.
