Temporary Orders The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) The County of Cornwall (Road From Releath To Boscadjack, Trenear) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 30th June 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Trenear. This prohibition is necessary for fibre infrastructure works and it is expected that the closure will be from 14th July 2025 to 16th July 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. 

Road affected - Road From Releath To Boscadjack, Trenear for its entire length. An alternative route will be signed on site. The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) The County of Cornwall (Road From Crossroads At B3284 To Junction North Of Crescent Farm, Road From Junction North Of Crescent Farm To A3075 At Rosehill Farm, Penhallow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 30th June 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Penhallow. 

This prohibition is necessary for poling and cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 14th July 2025 to 15th July 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only. 

Roads affected - Road From Crossroads At B3284 To Junction North Of Crescent Farm, Gollawater, Penhallow and Road From Junction North Of Crescent Farm To A3075 At Rosehill Farm, Penhallow for their entire lengths. An alternative route will be signed on site.

The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) The County of Cornwall (Road From Junction North Of Barn Farm To Tregony, Tregony) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 30th June 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Tregony. 

This prohibition is necessary for wall repair works and it is  expected that the closure will be from 14th July 2025 to 26th September 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. 

Road affected - Road From Junction North Of Barn Farm To Tregony, Tregony between the junction of Access To Porters and the property named Little Cornelly. The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) The County of Cornwall (Road From Junction North Of Rising Sun Farm To Hilltop Cottages, Twelveheads) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Twelveheads. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 1st August 2025 for one day. 

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only. 

Road affected - Road From Junction North Of Rising Sun Farm To Hilltop Cottages, Twelveheads between the property named Wheal Harmony Cottage and grid reference SW75659 42565.

Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Traffic Restriction Order 2025 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Market Street Falmouth for its entire length. 

Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily suspend the existing one-way order The County of Cornwall (Falmouth) (Restrictions on Driving) (Consolidation) Order 1991 Market Street/Church Street/Arwenack Street (Class Ill) between its junctions with Killigrew Street and Swanpool Street for their entire lengths. 

The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road with a crane being used and pressure testing the road &footpath. The Order will come into operation on 28th July 2025 and the works are expected to be completed by the 30th July 2025. 

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700 on a daily basis, weekdays only. Nothing in Paragraph 1 of this Order will apply to emergency services, cyclists, traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 20th August 2023 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Bridleway 29, Kenwyn for its entire length. 

The Order which commenced on the 21st August 2023 and is currently in force for up to eighteen months will now continue until the 31st July 2026. The continuance of this Order, which was to have expired on the 31st July 2025 has been approved by the Secretary of State for Transport. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. 

The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the public of way to carry out construction works. Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services, traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.
