FINSBURY PARK FESTIVAL PUBLIC EVENTS FRI 04TH, SAT 05TH, SUN 06TH FRI 11TH, SAT 12TH, SUN 13TH JULY 2025 - VARIOUS ROADS - FINSBURY PARK AREA N4

1. The Council of the London Borough of Haringey, in consultation with the London Boroughs of Islington and Hackney and Transport for London, hereby gives notice that to ensure Safety of the public during the holding of the above-titled special events, it has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. On the following dates and times, the general effect of the Order will be:

SCHEDULE 1 - PROHIBITED ENTRY in the Boroughs of Islington, Hackney and Haringey (entry to the following roads and lengths of road will be prohibited between 21:30 hours and 23:59 on Fri 04th, Sat 05th, Fri 11th and Sat 12th July. Then, between 21:00 hours and 23:30 on Sun 06th and Sun 13th July or at such times as the appropriate traffic signs are in place)

 

SCHEDULE 2 - PROHIBITED ENTRY in the Borough of Hackney (entry to the following roads and lengths of road will be resident access only between 11:00 hours and 23:59 on Fri 04th, Sat 05th, Sun 06th, Fri 11th, Sat 12th, Sun 13th July or at such times as the appropriate traffic signs are in place)

 

SCHEDULE 3 - WAITING & LOADING RESTRICTIONS in the Boroughs of Islington and Haringey (no waiting or loading for all vehicles between 18:00 hours and 23:59 on Fri 04th, Sat 05th, Sun 06th, Fri 11th, Sat 12th, Sun 13th July). Any red route bays at these locations will be suspended.

 

SCHEDULE 4 – WAITING & LOADING RESTRICTIONS in the Borough of Haringey (no waiting or loading for all vehicles between 18:30 hours and 23:59 on Fri 04th, Sat 05th, Sun 06th, Fri 11th, Sat 12th, Sun 13th July)

 

SCHEDULE 5 – WAITING & LOADING RESTRICTIONS in the Borough of Islington (no waiting or loading for all vehicles except buses between 10:00 hours and 23:59 hours on Fri 04th, Sat 05th, Sun 06th, Fri 11th, Sat 12th, Sun 13th July). Any red route bays at these locations will be suspended.

 

SCHEDULE 6 - WAITING & LOADING RESTRICTIONS in the Boroughs of Islington and Haringey (no waiting or loading for all vehicles between 00:01 hours and 23:59 hours on Fri 04th, Sat 05th, Sun 06th, Fri 11th, Sat 12th, Sun 13th July). Any red route bays at these locations will be suspended.

SCHEDULE 7 – BANNED TURNS in the Boroughs of Haringey and Islington (the following traffic movements will be banned between 21:00 hours and 23:59 on Fri 04th, Sat 05th, Sun 06th, Fri 11th, Sat 12th, Sun 13th July (such times as the appropriate traffic signs are in place)) 

SCHEDULE 8 – WAITING & LOADING RESTRICTIONS in the Borough of Haringey (no waiting or loading for all vehicles except Green Lanes B CPZ permit holders between the hours of 08:30 and 20:30 on Fri 04th, Sat 05th, Fri 11th and Sat 12th July. Then, between the hours of 08:30 and 20:30 on Sun 06th and Sun 13th July in marked parking bays)

 

SCHEDULE 9 – WAITING & LOADING RESTRICTIONS (no waiting or loading for all vehicles except Green Lanes A CPZ permit holders between the hours of 08:30 and 20:30 on Fri 04th, Sat 05th, Sun 06th, Fri 11th and Sat 12th July. Then, between the hours of 08:30 and 20:30 on Sun 06th and Sun 13th July in marked parking bays)

 

SCHEDULE 10 – WAITING & LOADING RESTRICTIONS (no waiting or loading for all vehicles except taxis between the hours of 21:00 and 23:59 on Fri 04th, Sat 05th, Sun 06th, Fri 11th, Sat 12th, Sun 13th July in marked Finsbury Park C parking bays)

1. The prohibitions and restrictions specified in Article 2 above, shall only apply during such times and to such extent as may be indicated by appropriate traffic signs or directed by a police constable in uniform or a civil enforcement officer and vehicular access for frontagers will be maintained as far as possible in relation to the road closures specified in Schedule 1.
