(Billingshurst: A272 East Street)

(Temporary Closure) Order 2023

NOTICE is hereby given that not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, WSCC intend to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to close East Street between High Street and Rosehill.

The Order is necessary to protect public safety whilst high voltage electrical works are undertaken.

The Order will come into effect on 21 July 2025 and will last for 18 months or until the proposed works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is anticipated the works will commence on or after 21 July 2025 and will take 2 weeks to complete. Residential access will be maintained but all other vehicles must follow the signed diversion route.

Any queries about the works to take place should be directed to Connect It Utilities Services Ltd telephone number 01489 535600. Any queries about the effect of the Order on vehicles using the highway should be directed to WSCC, telephone number 01243 642105.

(Horsham: North Heath Lane)

(Temporary One-Way Traffic) Order 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, WSCC intend to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to permit traffic to travel northbound only on the section of North Heath Lane between Parsonage Road and Chennells Way.

The Order is necessary to protect public safety whilst fibre optic cabling works are undertaken.

The Order will come into effect on 23 July 2025 and will last for 18 months or until the proposed works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is anticipated the works will commence on or after 23 July 2025 and will take 2 weeks to complete.
