TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LEFT TURN
(B892, LIONACLEIT, BENBECULA) ORDER 2025
Comhairle nan Eilean Siar, under section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, hereby gives notice of a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order affecting the B892 Lionacleit Road. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit traffic making a left turn manoeuvre from the west access road of the Sgoil Lionacleit bus park westerly on to the B892 on the following dates and times:
10pm on 25 July 2025 to 2am on 26 July 2025; and
10pm on 26 July 2025 to 2am on 27 July 2025.
Traffic turning right, from Sgoil Lionacleit, will travel easterly to the junction with the A865 with the option to head North or South.
The temporary prohibition is in the interests of road safety as vehicles exit the EDF Festival each night.
