TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highway (Yorkshire & Humber) (No.14) Order 2025” authorising the stopping up of a southern part width of Upper Allen Street at its junction with Meadow Street, at Sheffield in the City of Sheffield. This is to enable development as permitted by Sheffield City Council, under reference 23/03597/FUL.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon

Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting SUO1779371). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at First Point, Howden House, 1 Union Street, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, S1 2SH.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 02 July 2025.
