(Oxford Road, Oakley) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Oxford Road for approx. 62M. Alternative route: Honeyburge, Main Road, Bicester Road, Foresters, The Turnpike, Manor Road, Oxford Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Plug off redundant supply commences on 25 August 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 25 August 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Main Street, Tingewick) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Main Street for approx. 116M. Alternative route: Main Street, Sandpit Hill, Little Tingewick, Road From A421 Into Finmere (Sandpit Hill), Tingewick Bypass, Buckingham Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst reinstatement commences on 26 August 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 26 August 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Carters Lane, Quainton) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Carters Lane for approx. 111M. Alternative route: Hogshaw Road, Quainton Road, High Street, High Street Service Road, Portway, Marston Hill, Bowling Alley, Baulk Road, Pitchcott Road, Church Lane, Pitchcott Hill, Carters Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Thames Water works commence on 5 August 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 5 August 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Orchard Ln, Stewkley) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Orchard Ln for approx. 158M. The closure is required whilst Cityfibre ducting works commence on 7 July 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 7 July 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Bishopstone, Stone) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Bishopstone for approx. 436M. Alternative route: North Lee Ln, Risborough Rd, Lower Rd, Mandeville Rd, Old Stoke Rd, Stoke Rd, Walton St, Friarage Rd, Oxford Rd, Portway Rd, Bishopstone and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach works to install a pole commence on 6 July 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 6 July 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Church End, Newton Longville) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Church End for approx. 34M. Alternative route: Church End, Whaddon Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst a new service connection commences on 4 August 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 4 August 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Stewkley Road, Wing) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Stewkley Road for approx. 37M. Alternative route: Stewkley Road, Leighton Road, High Street and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Anglian Water works commence on 21 August 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 21 August 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Oving Road, Whitchurch) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Oving Road for approx. 186M. Alternative route: North Marston Lane, Whitchurch Lane, Pulpit Lane, Marston Hill, Portway, High Street, High Street Service Road, Granborough Road, Marston Road, Winslow Road, Horn Street, Sheep Street, Aylesbury Road, Hurdlesgrove Hill, Buckingham Road, Oving Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Anglian Water works commence on 19 July 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 19 July 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Church Lane, Oving) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Church Lane for approx. 73M. Alternative route: Baulk Road, Pitchcott Road, Church Lane, Manor Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Anglian Water works commence on 20 August 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 20 August 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Moreton Road, Buckingham) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Moreton Road for approx. 286 M. Alternative route: A413, A43, A5, A422 and vice versa. The closure is required whilst water connection works commence on 18 August 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 18 August 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Meadow Way, Aylesbury) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Meadow Way for approx. 32M. Alternative route: Douglas Road, Bierton Road, Coppice Way, Field Way, Meadow Way and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Installation of a new electricity supply commences on 1 August 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 31 July 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO.27 (PART) PARISH OF BUCKINGHAM) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2025 made on 18 June 2025, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, will divert the public footpath running from SP70743-33415 SSE for 27M to SP7075533391 as shown by a bold continuous line on the Order map, to a line running from SP70794-33409 SSE for 24M over a footbridge to SP7078633431, then WSW for 43M to SP70755-33391 as shown by a bold broken line on the Order map and having a width of 2M throughout. Full details of the Order are available at Reception, Buckinghamshire Council, Walton Street Offices, Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA and at Buckingham Library during normal opening hours. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased from the Council at a cost of £5.00 by writing to the Definitive Map and Highway Searches Team at the address given below. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing stating the grounds on which they are made to the Definitive Map and Highway Searches Team, 6th Floor, Buckinghamshire Council, Walton Street Offices, Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA or email row@buckinghamshire. gov.uk by no later than 30 July 2025. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order. Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 this Council is obliged to make any representations received in response to this notice open to public inspection.
