NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that on the 30 June 2025 Dudley Metropolitan
Borough Council have made the above mentioned Orders, the effects of
which will be that certain lengths of the roads listed below will have new and
revoked restrictions in place as stated:

The Order shall come into force on 7 July 2025.

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Orders, or any of the
provisions, on the grounds that they are not within the powers of the relevant
enabling Act, or that any requirement of that Act, or of any relevant regulation
made there under has not been complied with may, within six weeks from the
date on which the Orders were made, make an application for the purpose to
the High Court.
