Tweedale Street, Rochdale - Temporary Prohibition of Vehicles Turning Right to Facilitate Highways Engineering Works in the Carriageway
What is happening?
BOROUGH OF ROCHDALE
(TWEEDALE STREET, ROCHDALE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICLES TURNING RIGHT) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council intend, in not less than seven days, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicles from turning Right at Tweedale Street onto Manchester Road.
The Order is required to facilitate Highways engineering works in the carriageway.
The Order will be operative from 08:00 on the 14th July 2025 until 23:59 on the 18th July 2025.
The alternative route for vehicles will be via Tweedale Street, Manchester Road, Edinburgh Way, Roch Valley Way, Bury Road, Mellor Street, Dane Street & vice versa.
