CENTRAL BEDFORDSHIRE COUNCIL

(C167 LINK ROAD FROM A1 NORTHBOUND TO

C210 HITCHIN ROAD, SANDY)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Central Bedfordshire Council has

made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle, except a vehicle being used for fire, police or ambulance purposes in an emergency, from proceeding along the full length of C167 Link Road from A1 Northbound to C210 Hitchin Road, Sandy.

This temporary closure is required to enable ditch clearance work to take place and shall apply to such extent as may from time to time be indicated by the appropriate traffic signs. Where possible access will be maintained to property and premises but may be restricted from time to time according to local signing.

It is expected that the works will take place from 30 June to 2 July 2025 between the hours of 9am and 3:30pm. The road will be closed at all times during this period.

The alternative route for this closure is via A603, A1.

The Order will come into operation on 30 June 2025 for a period of eighteen months or until the proposed works have been completed, as detailed above, whichever is the earlier.

(CHURCH ROAD, SUTTON)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Central Bedfordshire Council has made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle, except a vehicle being used for fire, police or ambulance purposes in an emergency, from proceeding along the length of Church Road, Sutton near the ford.

This temporary closure is required to enable carriageway repair works to take place and shall apply to such extent as may from time to time be indicated by the appropriate traffic signs. Where possible access will be maintained to property and premises but may be restricted from time to time according to local signing.

It is expected that the works will take place from 30 June to 2 July 2025 between the hours of 9am and 3:30pm. The road will be closed at all times during this period.

The alternative route for this closure is via B1040, B1042 and Sutton Road.

The Order will come into operation on 30 June 2025 for a period of eighteen months or until the proposed works have been completed, as detailed above, whichever is the earlier.

(ZUC152 FROM UC151 TO UC153 STANFORD ROAD, STANFORD)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Central Bedfordshire Council has made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle, except a vehicle being used for fire, police or ambulance purposes in an emergency, from proceeding along the length of ZUC152 from UC151 to UC153 Stanford Road, Stanford for approximately 155 metres around the junction with ZUC151.

This temporary closure is required to enable carriageway repair works to take place and shall apply to such extent as may from time to time be indicated by the appropriate traffic signs. Where possible access will be maintained to property and premises but may be restricted from time to time according to local signing.

It is expected that the works will take place from 1 to 3 July 2025 between the hours of 9am and 3:30pm. The road will be closed at all times during this period. The alternative route for this closure is via Stanford Road, B658, ZUC152 and vice versa.

(BIGGLESWADE ROAD, SUTTON)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Central Bedfordshire Council has made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle, except a vehicle being used for fire, police or ambulance purposes in an emergency, from proceeding along the length of Biggleswade Road, Sutton near Bedfordshire Growers.

This temporary closure is required to enable carriageway repair works to take place and shall apply to such extent as may from time to time be indicated by the appropriate traffic signs. Where possible access will be maintained to property and premises but may be restricted from time to time according to local signing.

It is expected that the works will take place from 3 to 8 July 2025 between the hours of 9am and 3:30pm. The road will be closed at all times during this period.

The alternative route for this closure is via Baden Powell Way, Saxon Drive, Dunton Lane, Biggleswade Road, Sutton Road, B1042, B1040 and vice versa.
