Any vehicle found to be obstructing the highway during these works will be removed to outside the limits of the works after all reasonable methods have been undertaken to identify and contact the vehicle’s owner. Due to the nature of the works, there will be no access through the closure or along the footpath whilst works are in progress. Access to premises within the affected length of road including access by emergency vehicles to these properties will be maintained only when safe to do so, if necessary, via the diversion route. All other traffic will be required to use the signed diversion route.
