NOTICE OF PROPOSAL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(CAMPION DRIVE, HAWTHORN CRESCENT, THE CAMPIONS, THORNPARK DRIVE AND THORNTREES AVENUE, PRESTON, PRESTON CITY) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of waiting in the following lengths of road:
1) Campion Drive, Preston, the north east side, from its junction with the Centreline of Blackpool Road to a point 6 metres south east of its junction with the Centreline of The Campions;
2) Campion Drive, Preston, the south west side, from its junction with the Centreline of Blackpool Road for a distance of 8 metres in a south easterly direction;
3) Campion Drive, Preston, the south west side, from its junction with the Centreline of Parkfield Crescent for a distance of 12 metres in a north westerly direction;
4) Hawthorn Crescent, Preston, both sides, from its Centreline junction with Thornpark Drive to a point 36 metres south west of its junction with the Centreline of Daisy croft;
5) Hawthorn Crescent, Preston, the east side, from a point 34 metres north of its junction with the projected Centreline of Daisy Croft for a distance of 21 metres in a northerly direction;
6) Hawthorn Crescent, Preston, the west side, from its junction with the Centreline of Daisy Croft for a distance of 5 metres in a northerly direction;
7) Parkthorn Road, Preston, the south west side, from a point 47 metres north west of its junction with the Centreline of Demming Close for a distance of 13 metres in a north westerly direction;
8) The Campions, Preston, both sides, from its junction with the Centreline of Campion Drive for a distance of 11 metres in a north easterly direction;
9) Thornpark Drive, Preston, both sides, from a point 14 metres north east of its junction with the Centreline of Sutton Drive to its Centreline Junction with Thorntrees Avenue;
10) Thornpark Drive, Preston, both sides, from its Centreline junction with Hawthorn Crescent to a point 41 metres west of its junction with the Centreline of Blackthorn Close;
11) Thorntrees Avenue, Preston, the north east side, from its Centreline junction with Thornpark Drive to a point 52 metres south east of its junction with the projected Centreline of Holmfield Crescent;
12) Thorntrees Avenue, Preston, the west side, from its Centreline junction with Thornpark Drive to a point 93 metres south east of its junction with the Centreline of Holmfield Crescent.

A copy of the draft Order and associated documents for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Preston City Council, PO Box 10, Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
