(DISABLED PERSONS PARKING PLACES) (No. 3) (PART A) ORDER 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Portsmouth City Council on 28 June 2025 made the above Order.
The Order comes into operation on 30 June 2025 to effect:

Alternatively, they can be viewed at the Civic Offices, Guildhall Square, PO1 2AL, Monday to Friday between 9am - 4pm. Printed copies can be obtained by calling 02392 841767.. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act, or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks from the date of the Order, make application for this purpose to the High Court.
