Notice is hereby given that the Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council HAS made the following Order
under Sections 1, 2, 4 and 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
WALSALL METROPOLITAN BOROUGH
(NORTON ROAD, PELSALL) (30mph SPEED LIMIT) ORDER, 2024
The Order will come into operation on 30 June 2025 and includes the following effects as advertised in the Express and Star dated 16th May 2024.
Effects of the Order To introduce a 30mph speed limit on Norton Road (B4154) from a point 232 metres north of its junction
with Moat Farm Way in a northerly direction for a distance of 280 metres.

A copy of the Order and plan which shows the road subject to the Order and the extent and details of
the controls proposed may be examined by appointment at The Civic Centre, Darwall Street, WALSALL,
during normal office hours.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provisions contained in it on the grounds that
they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, or on the grounds
that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been compiled with in
relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from 27 June 2025, apply to the High Court for this
purpose.
