Tottenham, Temporary Traffic Restrictions During July Concert Events

THE HARINGEY (THFC JULY EVENTS) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

The Council of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above Temporary Traffic Order under S14(1) Road Traffic Regulation Order 1984 described below:

Pretoria Road N17, College Road N17, Durban Road N17, White Hart Lane N17, High Road N17, Creighton Road N17, Northumberland Park N17, Lordship Lane N17, Lansdowne Road N17

Reason for 14(1) Order - Maintain vehicular movement and access for emergency services on the transportation corridors to and from Tottenham Hotspur Stadium while concerts take place.

Operational datesGeneral Effect of the Order
Dates: Thursday 3rd, Friday 18th, Saturday 19th, Tuesday 22nd, Wednesday 23rd, Friday 25th & Saturday 26th July 20251. To implement a No Entry restriction for vehicular traffic into White Hart Lane N17 from Creighton Road/White Hart Lane mini roundabout (outside No.84/86 White Hart Lane N17).

2. To introduce a temporary clearway (No Stopping) restriction at the following locations. Any parking bays located within a length below will be suspended during the dates and times specified, but buses however are to remain operational:

Pretoria Road N17:

(a) East side: From the junction with White Hart Lane to opposite the northern end of its junction with College Road.

(b) West side: between its junctions with College Road and Commercial Road (outside 34 to 67).

College Road N17:

(c) North side: Outside No.34/35 Pretoria Road.

Durban Road N17:

(d) Both sides: From its junction with Pretoria Road, westwards to the eastern property boundary of No.2 (approximately 20 metres).

White Hart Lane N17:

(e) Both sides: Between its junctions with High Road and Creighton Avenue (including through existing restricted parking zone).

(f) West/south side: From the junction with Creighton Road, continuing in a northerly then westerly direction to a point opposite Haringey Sixth Form visitor parking access gates.

(g) South side: Between Somerset Gardens access road to the end of the permit holders only bays (opposite Fairfield Avenue western entrance).

(h) South/east side: Entirety of the double yellow lines at corner adjacent to Somerset Gardens/Opposite No.258/260.

(i) North side: Outside access gate to No.16, to junction No.17/6.

Creighton Road N17:

(j) South side: From its junction with White Hart Lane (No.94/96), to outside No.27, Outside No.33 (to include outside the access road between No.61/63, No.67/71 & outside the access between No.67/71 & outside No.85-88).

(k) North side: Outside Day Lewis Pharmacy (No.4) at the southern side of the access gates, from opposite No.6 to opposite No.7.

High Road N17:

(l) South side: From the junction with White Hart Lane (outside No.789) northwards to outside No.868 (B&M access road).

Northumberland Park N17:

(m) East side: From its junction with Lordship Lane westwards to a point approximately 40 metres south of its junction with Scotland Green (outside No.612).

Northumberland Park N17:

(n) Both sides: From the junction with High Road to its junction with Bennetts Close.

Lordship Lane N17:

(o) North side: Between its junctions with High Road and Birkbeck Road.

(p) South side: From its junction with High Road continuing west to a point approximately 40 metres east from its junction with Bruce Grove (up to existing TFL red route).

Lansdowne Road N17:

(q) South side: From its junction with High Road eastwards to outside St Marys Church eastern access gate/opposite No.7, outside No.24, opposite No.17 (Horsham Court), from a point 5 metres east from the western boundary of flats 1–15 (No.44) east to a point opposite the eastern end of the junction with Baronet Road.

(r) North side: Opposite No.2 to No.14 (between both Thornhill Terrace entrances), outside No.13 to No.17 (Horsham Court), on existing double yellow lines at either side of the access to flats 1 to 17 Grandfield Court, from a point opposite the western boundary of flats 1–15 (No.44), east to the junction with Baronet Road.

No stopping/parking/waiting/loading/unloading

The provisions of the Order shall apply only at such times and as directed by traffic signs. For road closures, alternative routes will be directed by traffic signs. Access will be maintained where possible.
