The Council has made the TTRO for the purposes of facilitating the holding of Newcastle Half Marathon and 10K 2025 (“the Event”) by restricting traffic on the C368 Seaton Burn roundabout new kennels junction in Seaton Burn from it’s point 77 metres north of it’s junction with the C356 to the Holiday Inn for a distance of 1,600 metres (“Road One”) and the C356 Berwick Hill in Seaton Burn from it’s junction with the C368 to it’s junction with the C150 for a distance of 3,150 metres (“Road Two”) (“Road One and Road Two” shall together be known as the Road).

The TTRO shall come into force at the following times, subject to the provisions of section 16B of the Act:

In respect of Road One: 8:00 hours on the 13th July 2025 and will remain in force until 11:30 hours on the 13th July 2025; and
