NOTICE is given that Cambridgeshire County Council has made an Order pursuant to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, the effect of which:

High Green, Abbotsley Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic – Order 2025-998

Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along High Green, Abbotsley as lies between No.16 & B1046. The alternative route for vehicles is via B1046; High Green & vice versa. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate telecommunications duct installation & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 7/7/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 6/1/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 7/7 & 9/7/25.

Collingwood Road, Eaton Socon Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic – Order 2025-1004

Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Collingwood Road, Eaton Socon as lies between No’s 2 & 8. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate telecommunications joint box installation & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 21/7/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 20/1/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 21/7 & 23/7/25.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate telecommunications & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 28/7/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 27/1/27 whichever is the earlier. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate water main laying & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 7/7/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 6/1/27 whichever is the earlier. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate electrical pole replacement & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 1/7/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 31/12/26 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 09:30 & 16:00 on the 1/7/25.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate telecommunications decayed pole replacement & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 9/7/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 8/1/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 09:00hrs & 17:00hrs on the 9/7 & 10/7/25.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate water connection & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 1/7/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 31/12/26 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 1/7 & 3/7/25.

It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 23/7 & 25/7/25.

Raveley Road, Great Raveley Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic – Order 2025-1069

Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Raveley Road, Great Raveley as lies between Huntingdon Road & 20mph signs. The alternative route for vehicles is via Raveley Rd, Woodwalton; Bridge St; B1090; Ramsey Rd, Kings Ripton; Wistow Rd; Little Raveley Rd, Broughton; Broughton Rd, Little Raveley; Upwood Rd & vice versa. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate water connection & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 23/7/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 22/1/27 whichever is the earlier.

Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along High Street, Graveley as lies between Church Lane & Fieldings Place. The alternative route for vehicles is via Papworth Rd; Barnfield Ln, Papworth St Agnes; A1198; B1040; High St C183, Yelling; Toseland Rd; Graveley Rd, Toseland; Toseland Rd, Graveley & vice versa. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate electrical connection & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 21/7/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 20/1/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 21/7 & 25/7/25.

Glatton Road, Sawtry Temporary 40mph & 30mph Speed Limit – Order 2025-1073

Is to impose a 40mph & 30mph speed limit along Glatton Road, Sawtry as lies between Sawtry Brook & Middlemarsh Farm. The Order will be effective, for safety purposes, when signs are in place indicating the speed limit along the whole or any part of the above mentioned length of road whilst works are in progress or temporarily suspended. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate S278 construction & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 30/6/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 29/1/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 30/6/25 & 29/6/26.

Station Lane, Offord Cluny Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic – Order 2025-1074

Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Station Lane, Offord Cluny as lies between points 20m either side of the railway level crossing situated there as measured from its gates or barriers. The alternative route for vehicles is via B1043; The Causeway, Godmanchester; B1044; B1514; A1307; B1514; A1; High St, Buckden; Church St, Mill Rd & vice versa. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate essential maintenance works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 27/7/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 26/1/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 01:00hrs & 06:30hrs on the 27/7/25.

The alternative route for vehicles is via B660; Brington Rd, Catworth; High St, Brington & vice versa. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate electrical cable installation & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 28/7/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 27/1/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 28/7 & 5/9/25.

Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Oilmills Road, Ramsey Mereside as lies between No.352 & Eastview Farm. The alternative route for vehicles is via Oilmills Rd, Pondersbridge; B1040; B1096; Wells Bridge, Ramsey Mereside; Oilmills Rd & vice versa. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate rectify defect in carriageway & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 10/7/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 9/1/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 10/7 & 15/7/25.

Spittals Way A141, The Stukeleys; Ermine Street, Great Stukeley; Stukeley Road B1044, Huntingdon Temporary 30mph Speed Limit – Order 2025-1116

Is to impose a 30mph speed limit along Spittals Way, The Stukeleys as lies between Stonehill & Slip Lane From B1044 Stukeley Road to A1126 Spittals Way; Lancaster Way & Werthiam Way respectively. The Order will be effective, for safety purposes, when signs are in place indicating the speed limit along the whole or any part of the above mentioned length of road whilst works are in progress or temporarily suspended. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate trial holes & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 21/7/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 20/1/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 20:00hrs & 06:00hrs on the 21/7 to 18/8/25.

Park Lane, Godmanchester & Pavilion Close, Godmanchester Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic – Order 2025-1122

Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Park Lane, Godmanchester & Pavilion Close, Godmanchester as lies between B1044 & 14 Pavilion Close. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate footway resurfacing & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 1/7/2025 & continue until these works have finished or on the 31/12/26 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 11/8 & 20/8/25.

Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along various roads, as set out in Schedule 1 below. Nothing in this Order shall prevent access & egress from premises or land adjacent to the highway mentioned in Schedule 1. The Order is necessary for safety reasons to facilitate tree felling & associated works. The proposed Order will come into operation on 3/7/25 & will continue until these works have finished or on the 2/1/27 whichever is the earlier. The Order is necessary for safety reasons to facilitate gas main replacement & associated works. The proposed Order will come into operation on 21/7/25 & will continue until these works have finished or on the 20/1/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that this order will apply to the locations, at various times during the dates specified in the Schedule.

The proposed Order will come into operation on 30/6/25 & will continue until these works have finished or on the 29/12/26 whichever is the earlier. Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along various roads, as set out in Schedule 1 below. Nothing in this Order shall prevent access & egress from premises or land adjacent to the highway mentioned in Schedule 1. The Order is necessary for safety reasons to facilitate carriageway resurfacing & associated works. The proposed Order will come into operation on 1/7/25 & will continue until these works have finished or on the 31/12/26 whichever is the earlier. The above orders shall not apply to any persons lawfully engaged in connection with any works for which these are made, any member of the Police Force, Fire & Rescue Service, Ambulance Service, a vehicle being used by Special Forces during the execution of their duties or to any person acting with the permission or upon the direction of a Police Officer in uniform.
