What is happening?

SHEFFIELD CITY COUNCIL (STOPPING RESTRICTIONS, WAITING
RESTRICTIONS, LOADING RESTRICTIONS & PARKING PLACES) (MAP SCHEDULE) ORDER 2024 (AMENDMENT NO.16) ORDER 2025

SHEFFIELD CITY COUNCIL (CONTROLLED ZONE)
(PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND ONE-WAY TRAFFIC) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 1987
(AMENDMENT NO.55) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 26 June 2025 Sheffield City Council made the above Order which come into operation on 30 June 2025 under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order will be to introduce:

One Way Traffic except pedal cycles on the whole of Cross Burgess Street
No Loading at any time on parts of Cambridge Street, Cross Burgess Street, Division Street and Pinstone Street

And remove:

No loading Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 18:30 on parts of Cross Burgess Street and Pinstone Street
No loading Monday to Friday 08:00 to 09:30 and 16:00 to 18:30 on part of Division Street;

or examined during normal opening hours at First Point Reception, Howden House, 1 Union Street, Sheffield, S1 2SH

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the enabling Act or that a requirement of the enabling Act or any of the relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within six weeks of 30 June 2025 make application for that purpose to the High Court.
