THE EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE COUNCIL
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH
TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
SEWERBY CRESCENT, BRIDLINGTON

East Riding of Yorkshire Council has made an Order
the effect of which is to prohibit any person from
causing any vehicle to proceed along Sewerby Crescent,
Bridlington between the junction of Marton Road to
outside number 39 commencing 7 July 2025.
The reason for the closure is for a site compound
encorporating the footway works on Marton Road to

The alternative route for traffic affected by the Order
is via Marton Road, Watsons Avenue, Sewerby Road,
Sewerby Crescent and vice versa.
The road will be closed to all through traffic but remain
open at all times to pedestrians and for vehicular access
to properties directly affected by the closure and for
emergency services.
The Order will commence 7 July 2025 and continue
in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months
or until the works which it is proposed to carry out
have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Further
