What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)

CENTRAL BEDFORDSHIRE COUNCIL

(GREEN LANE, STEWARTBY)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Central Bedfordshire Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle, except a vehicle being used for fire, police or ambulance purposes in an emergency, from proceeding along the length of Green Lane, Stewartby 20 metres either side of the bridge.

This temporary closure is required to enable rerail works, S & T inspection, pothole repairs, and white line painting to take place and shall apply to such extent as may from time to time be indicated by the appropriate traffic signs. Where possible access will be maintained to property and premises but may be restricted from time to time according to local signing.

It is expected that the works will take place from 11pm on 12th of July 2025 to 4am on the 14th of July 2025 between the hours of 8am and 4pm. The road will be closed at all times during this period.

The alternative route for this closure is via Green Lane, Broadmead Road and Green Lane and vice versa.

The Order will come into operation on 12 July 2025 for a period of one month or until the proposed works have been completed, as detailed above, whichever is the earlier.

CENTRAL BEDFORDSHIRE COUNCIL

(MILL ROAD, LONGBORNS, SPRINGFIELD WAY, MILLFIELD CLOSE AND PORTNALL PLACE, CRANFIELD)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Central Bedfordshire Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle, except a vehicle being used for fire, police or ambulance purposes in an emergency, from proceeding along Longborns, Springfield Way, Millfield Close and Portnall Place, Cranfield 15 metres in from the junction and the full length of Mill Road, Cranfield.

This temporary closure is required to enable civils, resurfacing works with paco and road marking works to take place and shall apply to such extent as may from time to time be indicated by the appropriate traffic signs. Where possible access will be maintained to property and premises but may be restricted from time to time according to local signing.

It is expected that the works will take place from 14 July to 1 August 2025 between the hours of 8am and 6pm. The road will be closed at all times during this period.

The alternative route for this closure is via Crane Way, Bedford Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into operation on 14 July 2025 for a period of eighteen months or until the proposed works have been completed, as detailed above, whichever is the earlier.

CENTRAL BEDFORDSHIRE COUNCIL

(PARK HILL, AMPTHILL)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Central Bedfordshire Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle, except a vehicle being used for fire, police or ambulance purposes in an emergency, from proceeding along the length of Park Hill, Ampthill from junction with Woburn Road to number 49 Park Hill.

This temporary closure is required to enable gully repair works to take place and shall apply to such extent as may from time to time be indicated by the appropriate traffic signs. Where possible access will be maintained to property and premises but may be restricted from time to time according to local signing.

It is expected that the works will take place from 14 to 18 July 2025 between the hours of 8am and 6pm. The road will be closed at all times during this period.

The alternative route for this closure is via Chapel Lane, Woburn Street and vice versa.

The Order will come into operation on 14 July 2025 for a period of eighteen months or until the proposed works have been completed, as detailed above, whichever is the earlier.

CENTRAL BEDFORDSHIRE COUNCIL

(MANOR PLACE, UPPER CALDECOTE)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Central Bedfordshire Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle, except a vehicle being used for fire, police or ambulance purposes in an emergency, from proceeding along the length of Manor Place, Upper Caldecote from end of Manor Place by school entrance to next junction at number 31 Manor Place.

This temporary closure is required to enable line removal works to take place and shall apply to such extent as may from time to time be indicated by the appropriate traffic signs. Where possible access will be maintained to property and premises but may be restricted from time to time according to local signing.

It is expected that the works will take place from 14 to 18 July 2025 between the hours of 9am and 3:30pm. The road will be closed at all times during this period.

The is no alternative route for this closure.

The Order will come into operation on 14 July 2025 for a period of twelve months or until the proposed works have been completed, as detailed above, whichever is the earlier.

CENTRAL BEDFORDSHIRE COUNCIL

(C107 FROM A5120 TO TINGRITH HIGH STREET, WESTONING)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Central Bedfordshire Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle, except a vehicle being used for fire, police or ambulance purposes in an emergency, from proceeding along the full length of C107 From A5120 To Tingrith High Street, Westoning.

This temporary closure is required to enable cabling and slicing works at node to take place and shall apply to such extent as may from time to time be indicated by the appropriate traffic signs. Where possible access will be maintained to property and premises but may be restricted from time to time according to local signing.

It is expected that the works will take place from 14 to 16 July 2025 between the hours of 9:30am and 3:30pm. The road will be closed at all times during this period.

The alternative route for this closure is via Steppingley Road, ZUC105, Eversholt Road, C100, Flitwick Road, Steppingley Road, A5120 and vice versa.

The Order will come into operation on 14 July 2025 for a period of three months or until the proposed works have been completed, as detailed above, whichever is the earlier.

(C100 FROM FROXFIELD TO TYRELLS END, EVERSHOLT)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Central Bedfordshire Council has made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle, except a vehicle being used for fire, police or ambulance purposes in an emergency, from proceeding along the length of C100 From Froxfield to Tyrells End, Eversholt outside Froxfield House.

This temporary closure is required to enable carriageway repair works to take place and shall apply to such extent as may from time to time be indicated by the appropriate traffic signs. Where possible access will be maintained to property and premises but may be restricted from time to time according to local signing.

It is expected that the works will take place from 30 June to 2 July 2025 between the hours of 8am and 6pm. The road will be closed at all times during this period.

The alternative route for this closure is via Tyrells End, Potters End B5704 and vice versa.

The Order will come into operation on 30 June 2025 for a period of twelve months or until the proposed works have been completed, as detailed above, whichever is the earlier.
