What is happening?

THE BOROUGH OF LUTON (STREET PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO.**) ORDER 2025.

NOTICE is hereby given that Luton Borough Council, the Highway Authority for the said Borough, intends to make the above Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

The general effect of the Order will be to:
1. Introduce 6.6 metre long disabled badge holder only parking bays outside No’s 37 Stockingstone Road, 40 Duncombe Close, 52 Belmont Road, 62 Holland Road, 58 Maple Road West, 121 Devon Road.
2. Remove a disabled badge holder only parking bay from outside No’s 50 Kent Road, 39 Chatsworth Road, 82 Talbot Road, 57 Beadlow Road.

luton.gov.uk setting out the grounds of your objection by no later than 16th July 2025 quoting reference AR/TRO/P2243
