What is happening?

THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL

(FAIRVIEW CRESCENT) (TEMPORARY

PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City Council propose to make an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary
Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting vehicles from proceeding on Fairview Crescent at the side of
properties 67 and 40.
The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen months, but it is anticipated that the works will
be undertaken on 26 June 2025 between the hours of 09:30 and 15:00.
The diversion route is: Fairview Road.
The Order is required to facilitate the replacement of one pole by BT.
