DYMA HYSBYSIAD bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, ar ôl o leiaf 7 diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad yma, o dan Adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, fel y’i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991, a fydd yn para deunaw mis ar y mwyaf.

Mae angen y cyfyngiad er mwyn hwyluso lleoli llwyfan symudol ar gyfer cynnal gwaith ar adeilad Trafnidiaeth Cymru.

Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd:

Dro Bydd Gorchymyn “Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf (Stryd Taf, Pontypridd) (Cyfyngiadau Amrywio, Aros a Llwytho, Cilfach Lwytho, Stand Cerbydau Hacni a Lleoedd Parcio i’r Anabl) 2022” yn cael ei atal dros dro am gyfnod y Gorchymyn yma lle mae’n cyfeirio at y Gilfach Lwytho yn Atodlen 4 Eitem 2a a 2b fel y disgrifir isod:

2. Stryd Traws y Nant
a. Yr ochr ogledd-ddwyreiniol, o bwynt 7 metr i’r deddwyrain o’i chyffordd de-ddwyreiniol â Stryd Taf, tua’r de-ddwyrain am bellter o 24 metr
b.Wedi’i lleoli yn y man troi ym mhen de-ddwyreiniol Stryd Traws y Nant

Stryd Traws y Nant, Ochr y gogledd ddwyrain
a. Y rhan o’r llwybr cyfagos a thua chefn Cilfach Llwytho ‘a’ uchod.
b.Y rhan o’r llwybr cyfagos a thua chefn Cilfach Llwytho ‘b’ uchod, gan gynnwys y llwybr troed a grisiau sy’n arwain at gefn Adeilad Rhif 3 Llys Cadwyn.

Mae disgwyl i’r cyfyngiadau fod mewn grym rhwng y dyddiadau canlynol neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau:-

• o 6am i 5pm rhwng 7 Gorffennaf a 4 Awst 2025
Mae disgwyl i gilfach llwytho ‘a’ fod ar gau rhwng 7 a 13 Gorffennaf ac

Mae disgwyl i gilfach llwytho ‘b’ fod ar gau rhwng 14 Gorffennaf a 4 Awst 2025.

a bydd y gwaith yn cael ei wneud cam wrth gam gydag un gilfach llwytho (a’r llwybr troed cyfagos) ar gau ar y tro.

Bydd mynediad ar gael i gerbydau’r gwasanaethau brys, i gerddwyr ac i eiddo.

RHONDDA CYNON TAFF COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL
(CROSSBROOK STREET, PONTYPRIDD) (TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF LOADING BAY AND FOOTWAY CLOSURE) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council, intends, not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, which will have a maximum duration of eighteen months.

The restriction is necessary to facilitate the siting of a mobile platform to carry out works on the Transport for Wales building.

The effect of the Order will be as follows:

Temporary Suspension of Loading Bay
The “Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council (Taff Street, Pontypridd) (Variation, Waiting and Loading Restrictions, Loading Bay, Hackney Carriage Stand and Disabled Parking) Order 2022” will be temporarily suspended for the duration of this Order where it refers to the Loading Bay in Schedule 4 Item 2a and 2b as described below:

2. Crossbrook Street
a. Northeastern side, from a point 7 metres south east of its south eastern junction with Taff Street, in a south easterly direction for a distance of 24 metres
b.Situated in the turning area at the southeastern end of Crossbrook Street

TEMPORARY FOOTWAY CLOSURE
Crossbrook Street, north eastern side
a. The section of footway to the rear and adjacent to Loading Bay ‘a’ above
b.The section of footway to the rear and adjacent to Loading Bay ‘b’ above, including the raised walkway and steps leading to the rear of Llys Cadwyn Building No. 3

Alternative Route for Pedestrians – available via Taff Street, the pedestrianised area between Llys Cadwyn Building 2 and 3, and the pedestrianised area to the rear of Building 3

The restrictions are expected to be in operation between the following dates, or until such time as the works has been completed: -

• from 6am – 5pm on 7th July to 4th August 2025
Loading Bay ‘a’ is expected to be closed from 7th - 13th July and 
Loading Bay ‘b’ is expected to be closed from 14th July – 4th August 2025

NB the works will be phased with one loading bay (and adjacent footway) to be closed at a time. 

Access for emergency services, pedestrians and to premises will be maintained.
