TEMPORARY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 (AS AMENDED)
Notice is hereby given that the City Council has made the following Temporary Road Traffic Order(s):
ORDER NO. MCC143547626: The City of Manchester (Breslyn Street, Deansgate Ward) (Temporary Prohibition of Vehicular Traffic) Order 2025 under s14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to prohibit vehicular traffic on Breslyn Street at its junction of Victoria Street. The City Council is satisfied that this prohibition is necessary in order to facilitate works to the adjacent development. It is expected that the works will be in progress from 23rd June 2025 to 29th June 2025. The order shall come into operation on 23rd June 2025 and may remain in force for a maximum period of eighteen months. If all necessary works are completed within a shorter period, the Order shall cease to have effect at the end of that shorter period.
