NOTICE OF DEDICATION OF PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY
ON LAND SOUTH-WEST OF THE A182
AT PHILADELPHIA, HOUGHTON-LE-SPRING
PURSUANT TO S25 HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
Notice is hereby given that on 19th June 2025 the strip of land described below was dedicated for use by the public to the intent that the same shall thereafter by enjoyed by the public as a public bridleway. A length of public bridleway in the administrative Area of The Council of the City of Sunderland that commences at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference OSGB-NZ-33359.52151 (Point A) south-west for a distance of 44m to OSGB-NZ-33334.52117 (Point B), from Point B north for a distance of 17m to OSGB-NZ-33332.52132 (Point C), from Point B south-west for a distance of 97m to OSGB-NZ-33276.52044 (point D), from point D north for a distance of 10m to OSGB-NZ-33283.52038 (point E), and from point D south-west for a distance of 207m to OSGB-NZ-33170.51863 (point F), with a width of 5m throughout.
