What is happening?

NOTICE OF PROPOSAL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(VARIOUS ROADS, BURNLEY BOROUGH AREA) (REVOCATION AND VARIOUS PARKING RESTRICTIONS 25/26 (NO1D)) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:
1. Revoke the following:
a) The "Lancashire County Council (Various Roads, Burnley, Worthsthorne-With-Hurstwood And Padiham, Burnley Borough) (Revocations And Various Parking Restrictions, May (No. 1)) Order 2017" insofar as it relates to Item aa) of Schedule 2.
b) The "Lancashire County Council (Burnley Borough Area) (On Street Parking Places, Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) Consolidation Order 2009" insofar as it relates to:
i. Item (286) of Schedule 10.01;
ii. Item (11)b) of Schedule 11.038;
iii. Item (22)a) of Schedule 11.076.
c) The "Lancashire County Council (Burnley Borough Area) (Prohibition Of Stopping On School Entrance Markings) Order 2010" insofar as it relates to Items (14) and (33) of the Schedule.
2. Introduce a prohibition of waiting in Stroyan Street, Burnley, both sides, from its junction with the Centreline of Brunshaw Road for a distance of 14.5 metres in a south-easterly direction.
3. Introduce a restriction of waiting Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6:30pm in Stroyan Street, Burnley, the north east side, from its junction with the Centreline of Rear 153 To 221 Brunshaw Road to its junction with the Centreline of Lyndhurst Road in a south-easterly direction.
4. Introduce a prohibition of stopping on school keep clear markings Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm in the following lengths of road:
a) Every Street, Burnley, the south west side, from a point 11.5 metres south-east of its junction with the Centreline of Bailey Street for a distance of 25.56 metres in a south-easterly direction;
b) Raglan Road, Burnley, the north west side, from a point 37 metres north-east of its junction with the Centreline of Montague Road for a distance of 37.56 metres in a north-easterly direction;
c) Raglan Road, Burnley, the north west side, from a point 5.5 metres north-east of its junction with the Centreline of Montague Road for a distance of 31.56 metres in a north-easterly direction.

A copy of the draft Order and associated documents for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Burnley Borough Council, Town Hall, Manchester Road, Burnley, BB11 9SA and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
