Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 23rd June 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Fowey. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th July 2025 to 10th July 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Rashleigh Lane, Fowey from outside No 11 to junction with Lankelly Lane.

This prohibition is necessary for gully and pipe repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd July 2025 to 24th July 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 24th June 2025 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being PROW Footpath 2 in the Parish of Botus Fleming for its entire length. The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because of the likelihood of danger to the public due to a damaged footbridge.
The Order will come into operation on 4th June 2025 and the works are expected to be completed by the 4th December 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
The road was previously closed for reasons of public safety by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984 from the 4th June 2025 for a period of up to 21 days. Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services, traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.
