(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING)
ORDER 2025
The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead intends, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to:-
Prohibit any vehicle to proceed along westbound carriageway of Clarence Road, Windsor from its junction with A332 Clarence Road Roundabout westward to the western boundary of property No 161 Clarence Road.
The diversion will be via A332 Off Slip, A308 Maidenhead Road, B3025 Vale Road, Dedworth Road and B3024 Clarence Road.
The purpose of the proposed Order is to facilitate works, namely power network upgrade works and as a result there is the likelihood of danger to the public.
The proposed Order will be in operation between the hours of 20.00 to 06.00 hours each night from Tuesday 8th July until Friday 11th July 2025. The temporary prohibition of driving will be in operation when signs as prescribed by the Traffic Sign Regulations and General Directions 2016 are in place to indicate the said restrictions.
