What is happening?
North Yorkshire Council, Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Lady Lane, Beckwithshaw, Order 2025,
No. 205 We have made this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Lady Lane, Beckwithshaw for a
temporary period (subject to access to premises) between 23/06/25 & 04/07/25, due to surveying works.
However, the max duration of this Order is from 16/06/25 until 07/07/25. The closure period will be
indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate. All enquiries to

40 Mph Speed Limit, Haggs Road Follifoot, Order 2025 Notice is hereby given that The North Yorkshire
Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 84(1) & (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 &
Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act, the effect of which will be to prohibit any motor vehicle from
travelling at a speed in excess of 40 mph on any length of road specified below:- The Schedule - Part 1
Haggs Road, from its junction with the A658 in a south-easterly direction for 350m. A copy of the draft
Order, together with a map showing the roads affected & a statement of the Council’s reasons for
proposing to make the Order may be inspected at County Hall, Northallerton & at Victoria Avenue,
Harrogate, HG1 1EG during normal office hours from 19/06/25 until 10/07/25 & also viewed online at
www.northyorks.gov.uk/roadworks-map or www.northyorks.gov.uk/traffic-regulation-orders. If you wish to

hereby given that The North Yorkshire Council (hereinafter referred to as "the Council") in exercise of their
powers under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the
1984 Act”) & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004 (“the 2004

this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Prospect Road, Harrogate for a temporary period (subject to
access to premises) between 07/07/25 & 27/07/25, due to Balfour Beatty installing ducting as part of the
33Kv scheme. However, the max duration of this Order is until 05/08/25. The closure period will be
