(KETTERING DISTRICT) - (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS AND
ON-STREET PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2020 (AMENDMENT NO. 7) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council have made
an Order under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 32, 35 to 39 and 45 to 55 and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to amend “The Northamptonshire County Council (Kettering District) (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and On-Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2020” as specified in the Schedule below.
A COPY of the Order may be inspected at Kier Highways, Brixworth Depot,
Harborough Road, Brixworth, Northants, NN6 9BX at a time and date specified by appointment only by calling 01604 529700. A copy of the Order
can also be obtained on request by emailing NNCParkingenquiries@kier.co.uk
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for this purpose.
The Order will become effective on 23rd June 2025.

Hall Lane, Kettering – At the junction with Northampton Road from the ‘bus shelter’ to a point past the boundary of Woodbridge Close in a southerly direction and opposite from the junction with Northampton Road around the access to no 99 to a point at the boundary gate southerly.
Montagu St, Kettering – From existing double yellow lines for 5 metres in a westerly direction outside between 93-97. Digby Street, Kettering – At one way junction with Tresham Street, for junction protection in a northerly
direction and for around the property boundary of no 2 on the southerly side.Tresham Street, Kettering – Junction protection at the junction with Princes Street.Cleveland Avenue, Kettering- At all junctions for protection markings around the roundabout at each exit including for Brambleside
Community Primary School. Cheyne Walk, Kettering – From the existing bay marking along the frontage of no 1 prior to their driveway/access.
Harrington Road, Desborough – From the rear boundaries of no’s 30-39
Harrington Road stopping before the junction on the opposite side for
Whitehill Road to protect the buildout. Dunkirk Avenue, Desborough
– Outside no 45 adjacent to the zebra crossing in an easterly direction.
Royal Gardens, Desborough – Junction protections at the junction of
Federation Avenue.

(SINGLE YELLOW LINES) MON-FRI 8AM-9:30 AM and 3PM-4:30PM
Castle Hill, Rothwell – One side, from existing double yellow lines restrictions from Tresham Street to boundary of no 34 Castle Hill in westerly direction. School Lane, Rothwell – One side, covering properties 6a and 6b School Lane. Tresham Street, Rothwell – One side opposite the Fire Station, from a point midway from boundary of no 8 to the far boundary of no 2. Greening Road Rothwell – Outside properties 27-31 opposite Monstaye Acadamy.

Bowling Green Avenue and St Pauls Court, Kettering – From a point from the existing double yellow lines at the junction with the Bowling Green Road for the complete length of Bowling Green Avenue and finishing at the end of St Pauls Court
