RHODDIR RHYBUDD fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, ddim llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad y Rhybudd hwn, i wahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag myned ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Hawarden Road Bae Colwyn o’i chyffordd â Ffordd Conwy.

Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn caniatáu gwaith gan Scottish Power. Caniateir mynediad i gerddwyr ac i’r gwasanaethau brys tra bydd y ffordd ar gau. Bydd y llwybr angen ar hyd Mostyn Avenue a Rhodfa’r Tywysog ac fel arall.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 9 Gorffennaf 2025. Disgwylir y bydd y ffordd ar gau am gyfnod o ddim mwy na 7 diwrnod.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)

Conwy County Borough Council (Hawarden Road Colwyn Bay) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2025

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Conwy County Borough Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles to proceed in that section of Hawarden Road Colwyn Bay from its junction with Conway Road.

The Order is necessary to facilitate works by Scottish Power. Pedestrian and Emergency access will be maintained. The alternative route will be via Mostyn Avenue onto Princes Drive and vice versa.

The Order comes into effect on 9 July 2025. It is anticipated that the road will be closed for a maximum period of 7 days.
