Bostocks Lane - Temporary Road Closure For Electric Works
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE BOSTOCKS LANE, SANDIACRE
WHEN: 23 June to 31 July 2025 (20:00 to 06:00 for two nights during the permit dates)
WHERE: Bostocks Lane, Sandiacre on the southern approach to the M1 junction 25.
REASON: To facilitate electric works on the A52 M1 Jct. 25 by National Highways.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Bostocks Lane, Derby Road, Station Road, Toton Lane and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road.
The road will re- open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.

The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
