THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (A904 GRANGEMOUTH ROAD AT SNABBRAE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)
(NO.TTRO/1950) ORDER 2025

The Council has made the above named Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit vehicles on Grangemouth Road, from 06.00 hours on 23/06/2025 until 17.00 hours on 18/07/2025. The prohibition is to allow for completion of the Traffic Signals installation works.

2. This Order temporarily closes Grangemouth Road from the junction of the A904/A993 northwards then eastwards for approximately 200 metres.
3. Diversion Grangemouth Road A904 to Grangemouth Road A904 via Carriden Brae and vice versa. The closure will temporarily be lifted for one day on Friday 27/06/25 for the Bo’ness Fair, due to other road closures planned for this event.

(TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE)
(NO.TTRO/1949) ORDER 2025

The Council has made the above named Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, that the footpath passing under Midthorn Bridge between the Helix Park and Falkirk Stadium will be temporarily closed from 18.00 hours on 12/07/2025 until 18.00 hours on 12/01/2027, Falkirk Council being satisfied that the execution of the works requires this duration for completion. The footpath closure is necessary for public safety reasons during road improvement works and demolition of the existing bridge.

2. This Order temporarily closes the footpath passing under Midthorn Bridge between the Helix Park and Falkirk Stadium.
3. The alternative route is via paths within the Helix Park and Falkirk Stadium; and footway located on the A904.
