(MARINE PARADE, EYEMOUTH) (TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2025

The Scottish Borders Council (Marine Parade, Eyemouth) (Temporary Closing) Order 2025 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 27 June 2025 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of one day between the hours of 08:30 and 18:00. The Order is required for Scottish Water works.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along Marine Parade, Eyemouth.

There is no alternative route. A map showing the restriction can be seen at www.tellmescotland.gov.uk.
