THE A5 TRUNK ROAD (NEAR CRICK,
WEST NORTHAMPTONSHIRE) (TEMPORARY
PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC IN LAYBY) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that National Highways Limited (Company No. 9346363) intends to make an order on the A5 Trunk Road, near Crick, in West Northamptonshire to enable lighting column replacement works to be carried out.
The effect of the Order will be to close the layby adjacent to the northbound carriageway of the A5, approximately 232 metres northwest of the centrepoint of its roundabout junction with the A428 and the access/egress road to/from Dirft East, near Crick.
The closure is expected to be in operation between 13:00 hours on Monday 14 July 2025 and 05:00 hours on Wednesday 16 July 2025. The Order will come into force on 7 July 2025.
Vehicles being used for police, fire and rescue authority or ambulance purposes and vehicles being used in connection with the works will be exempt from the closure.
